What I believe

Humanity is a competitive advantage.

Companies where people are respected, with psychological safety, real opportunities to grow, leaders who inspire trust and a good place to work, retain talent, weather crises and sustain results over the long term.

These companies grow out of a culture that treats the well-being of the people who work there as a priority. In it, leaders know how to combine productivity and care: they communicate clearly and are behaviorally prepared to lead their teams. In this sense, humanity is not kindness. It is a competitive advantage.

Mental health and well-being at work are not just a benefit or a box to tick for compliance.

They are a matter of culture, leadership readiness and genuine care for people.

Talks

Talk topics

Each talk is tailored to your company's context and challenges.

TALK 1

Conscious leadership

In an increasingly BANI world, humanity is a competitive advantage

Amid global transformation, technological uncertainty and ever-growing pressure for results, the traditional management model is being called into question. This talk explores how humanizing relationships and leaders' self-awareness have gone from secondary topics to strategic pillars. The focus is to show how conscious leadership, grounded in empathy, psychological safety and clear communication, is the differentiator that sustains performance and talent retention in uncertain times.

TALK 2

Neither therapist nor hero

Your team's mental health starts with how it is led

You don't need to be an expert in mental illness: your role is to listen, refer people to help and create the conditions that protect them, such as psychological safety, clarity and a balanced workload, the very same conditions that sustain engagement and high performance. And you need to take care of yourself too, because your state affects your team and your results. An exhausted leader makes worse decisions, centralizes and reacts badly to mistakes. Being allowed to fail, asking for help and respecting limits is also leadership.

TALK 3

More human than ever

Technology speeds everything up, but humans still choose the direction

AI does more and more for us. That is exactly why what only humans can do is becoming more valuable: thinking deeply, interpreting, creating and knowing ourselves. The way forward is to develop emotional maturity, self-awareness, critical thinking, resilience and the willingness to keep learning and broadening our horizons.

TALK 4

Courage!

Every change calls for some kind of courage

Inspired by my book Coragem! (Courage!), I show that courage is not a trait some people have and others don't. It is a capacity that can be developed and that takes different forms at each stage of life. With real stories and practical reflections, the talk invites the audience to recognize the kinds of courage they need right now to bring about change, transformation and reinvention, in their personal lives and at work.

About me

Luciana Pianaro

Entrepreneur · Former CEO · Keynote speaker · Author

I help CEOs, founders and HR teams build healthy organizations, with leaders prepared to combine results and care, and workplaces where talented people want to stay and do their best work.

I have been a CEO, founded companies and led growth, cultural transformation, crises, innovation and team development. I learned from what went right and from my mistakes, and today I put that experience at the service of other leaders.

I don't deal in theory disconnected from reality. I speak from a place I have been, and where I keep growing.
